A clear brief makes a better quotation.
Prepare an industrial ball quotation request by identifying the product or function, material, dimensions, quantities and acceptance needs. Add the operating environment and drawing revision when available. This form creates a reviewable brief on your device; download it or open an email draft to info@meituoballs.com, then add the drawings and send it through your email application.

Review your enquiry
Review and send in your email app. Attach the listed files yourself; a downloaded brief is not a received enquiry.
Your entries stay in this page until you choose a download or email draft.
Separate what is fixed from what needs review
A controlled drawing may fix the material, geometry and acceptance method. An early concept may leave those decisions open. Say which type of enquiry you are making, and identify the most important constraint. A request for a ball that tolerates a cleaner is different from a request to manufacture a specified drawing. If replacing a failed component, describe the failure and duty cycle rather than asking for the same appearance.

Compare quotations on the same basis
A useful comparison considers more than a nominal diameter and unit price. Ask each proposal to state the material and condition, finished-part acceptance, quantity basis, sample scope, documents, packing and delivery assumptions. Identify any requested deviation or alternate material explicitly. Keep the sample review and production order linked to the same revision so an accepted trial does not become an uncontrolled change later.

Questions before the next step.
Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?
Quantity depends on the item, specification and proposed supply route. Provide both the sample need and expected production demand. The quotation should identify the applicable order basis; no website-wide minimum is assumed.
Can I request a guaranteed lead time here?
Provide the required date and destination, along with the item and quantity. Feasibility, sample review, documentation and logistics affect the schedule. A delivery commitment belongs in the reviewed quotation and order rather than an automatic website estimate.
What if a field does not apply?
Leave optional fields blank and explain the missing decision in the application notes. The required contact and requirement fields allow an initial conversation without inventing a grade, tolerance or drawing reference.
Will my files upload when selected?
No. Selected filenames are added to the local enquiry brief as a reminder. File contents are not read or uploaded. Attach the actual documents yourself in your email application before sending.
Let’s define the next step.
Share the application, material or drawing and the result you need to agree.
